I peed on a stick… =)

 

…and I’ve never been happier!

Praise God!!

All the positive pee stick peeing happened this past Wednesday and it’s been a whirlwind ever since. From finally getting to rush out of work when I was off to head to the mall, find the right present to tell the Hubs with and then home to wrap it and wait not-so-patiently for all the excitement to begin.

To my surprise, I called the doctor’s office and they actually scheduled my first appointment for today! It’s only a visit with the nurse for blood work and education, but just hearing someone else confirm that I am actually pregnant will be such a relief. The first BIG doctor appointment is mid-January and I can hardly wait to see the little one on the ultrasound and to hear a heart beat♥

    Congratulations! I think every woman has peed on at least 2 sticks to confirm what they're seeing. I remember that feeling when my stomach did a little flip and I almost had to pinch myself to make sure it was real! The blood work will make it seem more real but nothing will compare to hearing that little heartbeat for the the first time! What a great Christmas present!!

    Congratulations! I found out I am pregnant on the day after Thanksgiving, but I didn't want to share until you got your positive too. :) I am just a few weeks ahead of you! Looking forward to sharing the journey!

    PS: I am in the midst of the oh-so-lovely first trimester nausea/loss of appetite routine. Enjoy the first few weeks while you still feel relatively normal!

    Congratulations! I found out I was pregnant with my first on Nov. 1st when I peed on the digital test too! I could not stop staring at and even put it in my purse (in a bag of course). We're sending out New Years cards to tell our friends and the rest of our family.
